Overview
Kameo Recruitment is exclusively recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join an exciting and well-known establishment, based in Cambridge. This will be for 20 hours per week, which are flexible across Monday to Friday. You will be promoting the conference and events spaces, to both public and corporate clientele. This is a newly created, stand-alone role, that has exciting potential, as you have the opportunity to make a HUGE impact. Salary is £22-25k Pro-Rata and you will also have a commission structure The ideal candidate will be driven, focused and able to communicate effectively at all levels. Duties & Responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Executive: Prospecting and calling targeted new clients Devising & executing marketing plans Servicing existing clients by identifying needs and solutions Communicating with clients via email, telephone and face to face Setting up corporate meetings to sell the benefits of the conference spaces Building and maintaining business relationships e.g. with outsourced event organisations Communicating client feedback to Catering Manager, in order to retain and build business and improve service offering Attend networking events to optimise relationships and secure new business Management of own diary Working towards set targets in line with company needs This position requires enthusiasm, attention to detail and a positive approach to tasks.
