Overview
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading global FMCG company who have an opportunity for a Reward Partner to join the team. As a Reward Partner you will be reporting into the Reward Director and will have a number of responsibilities including: Supporting with the development of reward policy and processes Provide consultative support for compensation concepts and benchmarking Delivering on reward strategy and undertaking core reward activities including role evaluation, benchmarking and annual salary review Ensuring that reward is communicated across the business We are looking for someone with a strong background in compensation, with a good knowledge of polices and process and is comfortable working in both a strategic and operational reward environment.
