Corporate Partner, Cambridge – 8 PQE - £DOE /Comprehensive Benefits Package/ Leading National Law Firm JOB TITLE: Corporate Partner PQE REQUIRED: 6 LOCATION: Cambridge SALARY: £Competitive THE ROLE: A skilled and talented Corporate Partner is required to join this established practice in Cambridge and build up the corporate offerings. The firm is keen to appoint a Corporate Partner to deal with all types of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and disposals. The already successful team provides technical advice to a diverse range of clients including multi-national companies, entrepreneurs and international investors. This position would suit a Corporate Partner who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to play an important role in further developing the Cambridge profile. Suitable Corporate Partners will have excellent business development and networking skills to develop the employment further. THE CANDIDATE: In order to be considered for this role, you will be a Corporate Partner or Corporate Senior Associate with at least 8 years PQE gained at a firm renowned for their corporate services. The successful Corporate Partner will have a wealth of knowledge in all areas of corporate law including but not limited to mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements. The Corporate Solicitor will be an expert at business development and committed to cross selling and supporting growth of other areas of the business. You must have a following for this role along with a can do attitude and desire to be a part of an exciting growth phase that this firm is currently experiencing.
