Robert Half Cambridge are delighted to be partnering with a charity on the outskirts of Cambridge in their search for a Temporary Part-Time Finance Admin Assistant. The client is looking for a start date of the 6th April 2020 and for the chosen candidate to work 21 hours a week. The Role: To receive Licensing applications via email or post and process the data, using REMS and manual systems. To use Xero (accounting package) to create Invoices. Use of MS Excel, Word & Outlook To use the telephone or Outlook to chase customers with outstanding Licensing requirements Providing support/assistance to Finance Officer and Business Manager To process and send out License Discs to customers Scanning & Saving to document management filing system General office filing, ad hoc data entry and duties Profile: Positive attitude Highly accurate and good attention to detail Good communication skills, both written and verbal Be able to work well within a small team Able to work well on own initiative If interested in this role, please contact Natalie Gaunt onor send your CV .
