Senior Architectural Technician Reference: KOSHRE783948934 Location: Shrewsbury Salary: Competitive based on experience I'm currently supporting a multi-award winning Architectural and Building Consultancy firm based in Shrewsbury who have been practicing for over 150 years. They work on a wide range of projects in both the UK and also internationally and pride themselves on going beyond what is typically delivered in the industry. Some of their most recent projects cover the Residential, Education, Workplace, Health, Leisure, Industrial, Hospitality and Retail sectors. To be successful for this role you must have a proven track record of working as an Architectural Technician in a UK based practice for at least 5 years. You will also have sound knowledge of the UK building regulations and excellent construction and detailing skills. Required skills for the Senior Architectural Technician role: At least 5 years working as an Architectural Technician in a UK based firm. Previous experience leading and/ or assisting a team with the delivery of production packages. It would be highly beneficial to have demonstratable Revit skills in practice as this is primarily the main software used to run all projects. Excellent design and technical skills.
