Overview
My client specialises in delivering property services to a variety of clients within London. They provide property care to commercial and residential properties. They have an exciting opportunity for a Reactive Repairs Manager to join their team The successful candidate will have substantial experience working within the private sector. You'll be a pro-active and motivational manager, overlooking multi-traders and the office team (admin staff and co-coordinators). You'll be an outgoing individual who is looking to join a growing company, to progress alongside them. They have a friendly busy team, and the company has a 'family feel'. The post holder will be responsible for: - Client management & development: attending meetings with clients, developing relationships - Service delivery: ensuring work instructions are delivered in line with KPIs - Sales: achieving sales in line with the approved forecast - Health & safety: carry out random spot checks of their engineers - Office team management: to ensure the team is fully trained, carry out 1-2-1 meetings - Engineer management: overseeing multi traders, actively managing them through regular meetings Interviews will take place as soon as possible.
