Overview

Your new company Based in Glasgow city centre and easily accessible by public transport, our client is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their finance function on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and there is some flexibility offered with these hours. Your new role Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will work as part of a fast-paced team. Your duties will include but will not be limited to; processing hours worked, processing calculations (such as maternity, paternity and sickness pay), handling payroll queries and general associated administration. You will work across multi-currencies and the payroll is high volume. The IT systems used are Sage and Agresso. You may also be tasked with some general invoicing duties and support for the finance function. What you'll need to succeed You must have circa 12-18 months experience in payroll administration, ideally from a corporate environment. It is preferred but not essential that you have dealt in multi-currencies previously and have had exposure to Sage and Agresso. Experience of invoicing and other finance administration duties would be advantageous.
