My client, a nationally recognised not-for-profit brand now has a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Reward and Performance specialist to join them on a permanent basis. As Reward and Performance Manager you will bring your expertise into an organisation that encourages innovation, new ways of working and continuous improvement. You’ll be working on a number of key rewards, benefits and performance priority projects and support the design, development and delivery of approaches that help meet organisational goals and develop a culture in which employees feel truly valued. The successful candidate will be an experienced human resource specialist able to lead on reward and performance and play a lead role partnering with both the business and the HR leadership team. To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need to be agile, innovative and customer-focused in your approach to influence and create solutions on people and organisational issues and require proven experience in: Leading and providing strategic direction to the development of accurate, compliant and innovative pay, reward, recognition and benefits strategies and solutions, including annual reward process. Overseeing Pension and Payroll operation and aligning reward and benefits policies with regulations. Managing relationships and leading negotiations and review of contracts with third party providers relating to reward, benefits and performance. Leading on the design, development and embedding of performance management strategies and annual performance cycles. Utilising data, MI and analytics to provide expert advice, insight and benchmarking to senior leadership team to support remuneration, compensation and performance related decisions.
