Role Executive Search Consultant Salary £45K Commission 20% Location London About the company Our client focuses on Partner and C-Level recruitment Internationally, they recently divided from their parent company when they moved towards RPO which wasn't ideal for our client and in early 2020 they've become independent. Since then they've opened 3 offices, Newcastle, London and New York and are now actively looking for Senior Executive Recruitment Consultants to join their great new chapter. So far between 2 of them they've billed over £430K in 4 months, they have many clients and roles so it's a very warm desk. Candidate Profile Looking for senior level consultants Industries preferred, Mining, resources, energy, pharmaceutical, healthcare, finance/banking, forensics, RPA, IT & AI Consultants should be familiar with placing: senior manager, Director, Partner level Consultants should have proven billings of £300k Consultants must have a track record of staying in their positions for a lengthy time not a constant jumper Preferably consultants need to have worked with international clients and willing to travel internationally to meet clients Incentives Quarterly and yearly bonuses all inclusive holidays / dinners for you and your partner Work at 20% fees, all contingent work at the moment but have 2 big clients who wanted to work on retained with them but unfortunately couldn't take on due to capacity. Working hours are 8:30 17:00, you can come in early and finish early but only if you're hitting targets You will be given a laptop and LinkedIn Recruiter, their phone provider has a phone app to make international calls they can use so they don't need to spend any money Dress is Formal due to the nature of their work, they're considering smart dress Friday Ambition is to grow to 15 in each office by next year. Interview process Face 2 face meeting (might be over the phone if he's not too keen) 2nd interview with 1 other business partner - discuss what's expected of them Offer Starting dates ASAP
