Overview
Our client, one of the world’s most innovative and revolutionary creative tech companies, is now looking for an experienced and intelligent Executive Assistant to support two busy Senior Execs. This incredible opportunity will require you to provide stellar assistance at the highest level, ensuring you are always one-step ahead and that their day runs as smoothly as possible. This is an all-encompassing and traditional EA role, so one of your main responsibilities will be complex diary management – oftentimes with reactive needs and last minute changes. Travel is also a key element to this role and with offices in the US and the UK you will be an expert at managing difficult travel arrangements, and setting up meetings across multiple time zones. You are used to working within a fast paced environment, supporting your Exec’s and their wider teams with attention to detail being second nature to you, you triple check everything to ensure complete perfection, and everything is handled to the highest of standards. To be considered for this role, you will hold yourself to a very high standard, ensuring competency in everything you do, with an eye for detail and a seriousness to get the job done, and done impeccably well. You will be someone who thrives in a constantly changing, fast-paced and driven environment. You will be calm under pressure, approachable and able to build relationships well. You should be adaptable and flexible, you have excellent PA experience and you only need to be told once. You are focussed yet still able to relax and connect with your team.
