Targeting boardroom level senior financial professionals. In the Accounting & Finance/ Private Equity/ Debt & Structured Finance/ Cooperate Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions . You will be task with market mapping ; finding and recording individuals from specific teams/ companies to create a "candidates’ universe". Reaching out to these individuals and starting the recruitment process. This is a highly professional and tasking role, but with highly rewarding outcomes. Client? Working in the heart of London (City of London) with offices in Switzerland and Australia with offices in Dublin and Munich planned for the coming years. Graduates of the past have gone on to be managing divisions within London and Europe within 4 years. This executive search firm works with 6 key values ; Knowledge/ Standards/ Flexibility/ Access/ Continuity and most importantly Trust What’s needed from you? Graduates looking to join as a graduate executive search consultant will need a very strong education; 2:1 and above from a Top 50 University with A’s and B’s at A-Level. Executive search is very challenging with-it long hours and meticulous attention to detail . A strong working history is essential, a wide range of occupations from Sales/ Fundraising/ agricultural and retail is preferable. Our client depends on its consultants to be able to work individually as well as in a team . The ability to work in London (City of London) is essential also. What do you receive in return? A very strong basic salary of £24,000 with an OTE of £33,000 . The chance to work in the centre of London (City of London) with the ability to relocate to one of their international offices . You receive extra days in holiday each year once the revenue you generate increases (up-to 5 additional days). You will receive a yearly bonus depending on revenue generate also. Private healthcare and gym incentive after passing probation.
