RULE has an amazing opportunity to join a Piccadilly Circus based Executive Search Recruitment firm. As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top executives into exciting businesses across the globe. Having placed over 15% of the current FTSE 100 Chairman and CEO’s our client are looking to expand their team with five new Executive Search Recruitment Consultant. Our client is seeking individuals with an extensive history of academic success and is in return offering a completive basic salary alongside an attractive OTE structure. About The Role: Executive search is a field that requires meticulous market research and mapping in order to offer a service to our clients and candidates that appears seamless and without any fuss. Dealing with the top tier of candidates, the executive search consultant’s role is to find the most suitable position for their candidates wants and demands, as well as negotiating the best arrangement for their candidate when closing the deal. In tandem with this, client relationships are also of paramount importance, so a level of delicacy when suggesting candidates to clients is needed, in order to deliver the best possible service. Gathering up a portfolio of what the client requires to be filled with the open vacancy is a key facet to the job role, paying a great sense of care and attention to the job vacancy in question. About You: Excellent history of academic performance, including a 2:1 or upwards from a top university, backed up with a history of good A-Levels and GCSEs. An individual who has overachieved in extra-curricular areas, potentially playing sport to a high level or heading up societies during their time at university. An agile individual, adept at working both in a team and independently as well as capable of making decisions in high-pressure environments. The Offerings: What does a role as an Executive Search Consultant offer you? Attractive Basic Salary - Basic salary of £28,000-£32,000 (Experience dependant).
