Job Title: Executive Assistant Job Location: Central London Starting: 30/03/2020 Salary/Pay Rate: £45K - £55K (DOE) (Pro-Rata) Firm, non-negotiable: No Hours: Full-time Duration: 9 months Job Description: Admin Business Partner Bonus: Company Plan Reason: Maternity leave from April - December 2020. This role sits within a small team that pushes for impact that outweighs our client's footprint. As an Administrative Business Partner (ABP), you'll support senior executives while playing a key role in keeping business operations and activities organized and on track. You'll assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require ingenuity and innovation. Using your exceptional communication skills and multitasking abilities, you'll effectively act as a right hand in ensuring a smooth working day, amidst a creative atmosphere and fast-paced environment. In addition to being part of the "nervecenter" for the entire group, you will deal with a wide range of executives, team members and colleagues on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities: Manage (and innovate new methods within) administrative tasks including but not limited to: calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports. Using all of the tools on offer, assist in preparation of presentations, correspondence, etc. Act as liaison to other Senior Executives and with executives at outside agencies and organizations. Includes swift communication and relationship building with their administrative teams, as well. Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate departments. Be a source of energy, innovation and resourcefulness in the daily pursuits of the team. Requirements: Prefer 5 years administrative experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Proven mastery of basic workplace applications, products and otherwise. Interest, curiosity, enthusiasm and experience in using web-based tools, sites and applications to work smart and do more. Interest and experience in interacting with all levels and departments within a company - to include working with several field offices, domestic and international. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills a MUST. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Experience working in creative industries (entertainment, advertising, etc.) a strong plus.
