Overview

THE ROLE: Interested in working for a leading international banking provider as an Executive Assistant? This is a fast-paced position providing support to high level Executives and their wider teams. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team on a twelve-month fixed term contract basis. Providing calendar management including booking internal and external meetings Acting as gatekeeper and managing stakeholder relationships Arranging all travel including organising visas, flights, foreign currency and travel itineraries Processing purchase orders and invoices, ensuring approvals are actioned as needed Processing monthly expense claims in Concur ensuring deadlines are adhered to and approvals are actioned as required Coordinating documents for meetings including sourcing background information and supporting documentation, printing, binding, scanning where required Assisting in special ad-hoc projects ESSENTIALS: A minimum of five years' experience in an Executive Assistant role Experience within the Financial Services industry Experience with supporting a marketing function BENEFITS: 25 days annual leave (including 5 buy or sell days) Corporate gym discounts, on site physio and sports massages Medical and Dental insurance Season ticket loan Personal travel insurance If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
