Overview

Our client is an e commerce branding and product design agency We're looking for a forward-thinking Graduate to join our team as a Partnerships Executive to help drive commercial growth across our brands through partnerships with leading Consumer Brands, Influencers & Bloggers. The Role: Identifying scalable partnership opportunities, reaching out & negotiating strong offer structures to maximise revenue and ROAS Growing existing partner relationships through regular communications, seasonal offers and incentives Researching & contacting high quality websites that align with our brands to gain inbound links to increase our referral & organic search traffic Working closely with our graphic designer to create high performing marketing assets Manage discount codes, from setup to redemption analytics Monthly marketing analysis, reporting on channel performance & targets to CMO Co-ordinating with CMO to develop top-level strategic initiatives for brand growth & product specific sales Key Requirements: Exceptional academic background (2.1 or above in degree) Experience in digital marketing is preferred, but not essential (training is provided) Passion for digital marketing & consumer brands Commercially intelligent & resourceful Positive mindset with a hunger to learn Coachable and a self-starter who thrives on responsibility Good time management skills Benefits: Growth role with the opportunity to learn a lot about how to build & grow a brand Thrive within the learning culture of a start-up ranked 32 in Start-Ups 100 Award Take on responsibility, make decisions & create a genuine impact Fast paced environment with the opportunity to progress quickly Great training program with hands-on learning Free smoothies
