Overview
A leading client in Norwich is looking for a Web Designer to join them at their brand-new Norwich city centre office. The role will be an initial solid 2 weeks, followed by on-going ads hoc projects thereafter. Remote/work from home options available (Thus, you can be based UK wide). However you would need to attend an interview in Norwich initially, with very rare visits to the office, perhaps once / twice per month. You'll be working on a variety of projects and will need a solid understanding of the web design process. Ability to interpret data and qualitative feedback to optimise websites and increase conversion rates Organised and able to work both alone and as part of a team Understanding that solutions must work and not just look great. Attention to detail A passion for design Desire to Learn and undertake new challenges Demonstrable experience of designing innovative, responsive websites
