Job Description We are currently looking to recruit an Operational Trainer to join our Intermediary Relationships function here at Together. Reporting into the Head of Intermediary Support (HoIS), the Operational Trainer will be responsible for the end to end colleague journey from on boarding to operational effectiveness. Working closely with key stakeholders across the department, you will strive to continue the technical development of existing colleagues to meet the aspirations of our growing business. In addition to developing existing colleagues, you will work closely with department managers to identify the required training for all new starters to enable structured on boarding programmes can be designed and deployed. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain a full suite of effective and engaging training modules for new starters ensuring knowledge is embedded in order to reach operational effectiveness; Work with stakeholders to identify training needs at an individual, team and department level and deliver appropriate training in a timely manner; Provide structured coaching and development to colleagues; Design and deliver training across the department to successfully embed required knowledge and skills e.g. new process and system changes; Take a commercial view of the planning and delivery of training across the department so that service levels are maintained and efficiencies are maximised; Work with Quality Assurance and management functions to assess colleague performance and ensure all learning has been embedded, providing insight and reporting data to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Previous experience of working in a training role and delivering sales training; Strong influencing and interpersonal skills; Experience of coaching in a sales environment; Ability to operate under own initiative and be proactive; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
