Overview

The Burford Recruitment Company are working on behalf of a successful business located on the outskirts of Witney. We are looking for a customer focused Business Development Executive who enjoys being part of a cohesive and friendly team. As a Business Development Executive, your role will be to develop relationships with prospect customers, identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. You will build an excellent rapport with new clients and provide exceptional customer service to all customers. Your day to day tasks will involve: Maximising all sales opportunities from inbound / outbound calls Learning and understanding the product range in order to promote new products, up-sell and cross sell Effectively using questioning and listening techniques to understand the customer’s requirements Maintaining and utilising the Customer Relationship Management system Processing orders with accuracy and speed Managing customer concerns and complaints efficiently Operating within set guidelines and procedures relating to all aspects of customer service, pricing and lead times In order to be successful in this role, you will have: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Commercial awareness An enthusiastic attitude with the willingness to "go the extra mile" Good attention to detail and accurate key board skills Experience of working to deadlines and targets The ability to multitask and problem solve …Most importantly of all, you will be a happy and productive team player If this role sounds like you, please attach your up to date CV today Additional Information: Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, 9am - 4.30pm on Fridays Due to the rural location your own transport is essential Bonus scheme and other benefits available
