A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner in West Oxfordshire Your new company You will be joining a fantastic organisation supporting people with disabilities and mental health conditions across the UK. Your new role Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key part in implementing the HR strategy into the business by partnering with key stakeholders, senior managers and employees across the business. This is a varied role which combines operational HR and project work. You will take the lead on all employee relations matters up to and including tribunals, run with projects as directed by the senior managers and will work with managers in the business to ensure a smooth HR service is delivered. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience operating at this level is essential, you will ideally have CIPD Level 7 or Chartered Fellow status but this is not essential if you can demonstrate strategic HR experience. Due to the nature of the organisation, it would also be hugely beneficial if you have worked within environments which are heavily regulated, have great importance on safeguarding or support vulnerable adults.
