My client is looking for an experience Finance Business Partner to join their growing finance team. Based in the central finance function you will be provide essential financial support to key stakeholders across the corporate services department. Client Details Based in Witney my client is a well established social care provider with units spread across the UK. Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who would like to develop their expertise, embrace responsibility and thrive in a busy and evolving finance department. You will be an experienced Finance Business Partner with a proven track record of adding commercial value to an organisation. The Finance Business Partner is responsible to the Head of Financial Accounts and Reporting to provide comprehensive business partnering to Property, Facilities, Procurement and Contract Management, across the Trust. You will be responsible for developing the reporting of financial and statistical data for these functions, as well as providing support and constructive challenge to colleagues to understand and improve financial performance. Profile The ideal candidate for the Finance Business Partner will: Be Qualified - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA Have demonstrable business partnering experience Have excellent communication skills Be able to operate as part of a team and autonomously Have demonstrable experience of adding value to a business Have excellent/good excel and IT skills Job Offer My client is offering a basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 and benefits.
