Overview
EllisKnight are currently recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join a fast-paced, friendly company based in Whitney. They currently turn around £100m annually, this would be a fantastic opportunity for somebody who would like to take the next step up in their career. You will have to provide commercial and full business partnering to the operational team and managing the operational and Finance relationship in its entirety with support provided by the Finance Manager. Due to the nature of the company they are looking for somebody who can work independently but also be a strong team player and approachable to others. You need to be able to communicate with managers from different divisions within the company, but also be willing to give training and help develop skills to those outside of the Finance team. The Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will be: Analyse all transactions which are posted are accurate and understood Ensure any debt which is provided is in line with their budget or current reporting requirements Produce balance sheet reconciliations Prepare and post accurate accruals and Prepayments Provide Payroll Variance analysis Ensure there is regular reviews of KPI'S and management information Produce monthly management accounts Work closely with Credit Control and Accounts Receivable to ensure that all income is billed in a timely manner Skills and abilities: Part Qualified in ACCA/ CIMA Advanced Excel level Previous experience in a medium sized company Knowledge of current accounting and reporting standards Full UK Driving license
