Our stable and well established client, who is essential in the current climate is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner role for their team in Witney. Client Details Our client is essential in the current climate, able to onboard remotely and keen to hire for their growing Finance team. Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who would like to develop their expertise, embrace responsibility and thrive in a busy and evolving finance department. You will be an experienced Finance Business Partner with a proven track record of adding commercial value to an organisation. The Finance Business Partner is responsible to the Head of Finance to provide comprehensive business partnering to Property, Facilities, Procurement and Contract Management, across the business. You will be responsible for developing the reporting of financial and statistical data for these functions, preparing Management Accounts as well as providing support and constructive challenge to colleagues to understand and improve financial performance. Profile The successful Finance Business Partner will be: Actively studying for ACCA/CIMA, looking to qualify in the next year or two. Previous Finance business partnering experience Proven experience dealing with procurement contracts Able to give examples of how you've added value to a business and help make commercial decisions around contracts Excellent communication skills Professional manner and work ethic Strong Excel skills Job Offer The salary on offer for the Finance Business Partner is £40,000 - £45,000 plus a study package.
