As part of a group wide transformation programme, my client is looking to bring additional focus to thier revenue and assurance activities. This newly created Revenue Cost Assurance Analyst role will report to the Revenue and Cost Assurance Manager. Description Key responsibilities for this Revenue Cost Assurance Analyst role include: -Complete routine reviews of activity and associated financials where revenue or cost leakage risks have been identified -Weekly / monthly / quarterly as agreed with the Operation -Proactively identify opportunities to prevent revenue and cost leakage -Analyse supplier data to ensure costs are genuine and accurate with an initial focus on carrier and voice support & maintenance costs -Work with Operational colleagues to validate and challenge charges -Ensure all charges which are highlighted as invalid are disputed with suppliers -Ensure all charges received from providers, which we are entitled to pass onto our clients, are added to client billing on a monthly basis working with appropriate stakeholders to resolve disputes -Maintain the accuracy of data which is managed by third-party contractors -Manage the reporting of carrier spend from a third-party contractor which will result in the monthly allocation and journaling of our c£40m p.a. cost base -Deal with any queries from stakeholders relating to charges we receive from providers -Work with Operational colleagues and suppliers to ensure carrier invoices are managed and overdue balances are minimised -Support the management Capita group accounts payable team should urgent payments be required -Ad-Hoc analysis as required Profile Required skills/expereince for this Revenue Cost Assurance Analyst: Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (required) Track record of providing insight that directly impacts the P&L (required) Complex data analysis (required) Advanced excel skills (required) Candidates live close to London Telco or related industry experience (desirable) Job Offer On offer to the successful Revenue Cost Assurance Analyst: Full study support Competitive salary Excellent benefits package Annual Bonus Life Insurance Central London location Accountancy progression
