Export Sales Manager Salary: £50,000, £10,000 Commission, Company Car, 33 days Holiday, Pension Location South East - UK and European Travel A new vacancy has arisen through expansion for a European Sales Manager based in the South. As a leading supplier of Corporate Workwear with over 40 years' experience and one of the top 3 companies in their industry. You will be managing an existing portfolio of accounts and thrive on the challenge of developing customer relationships. The role would support the development of existing customers and play a key part in expanding their distributor customers in the European market. Job Description: You will be creating and implement strategic sales plans that successfully achieve business objectives Monitor competitors' products, including relevant sales and marketing data Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, driving sales growth and negotiating and closing on major contract Win new business through the acquisition of new customers and managing conversion from existing supplier. Person Specification: German language skills would be a distinct advantage Knowledge and experience of selling tailored corporate clothing and associated corporate wear Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present vision and strategy both internally and externally Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients Demonstrable skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts Driven to achieve goals Strong communicator at all levels Creative with an ability to overcome obstacles Strategic Thinker Strong work ethic Excellent written and numeracy skills Sales Support is a specialist division here at Venatu Recruitment Group.
