Overview
James Grace Associates Ltd are recruiting for an Air Export Coordinator based in Hounslow. This is a Full Time 3 month contract. Working hours Monday to Friday 13.00 - 22.00 £9.61 - £12.01 ( 10% unsociable uplift from 8pm) Duties Include: Checking documents Raising Job files. Ensure correct information is taken from the customer Advising customers regarding weight changes Arrange collection (if required) through Transport department / contractor. Book freight on Consol/Direct flights Respond promptly to E-mail/fax messages. Identify business opportunities for new business. Advise line manager and /or sales Making sure all relevant information is communicated internally Essential Skills: Aerospace experience Freight forwarding experience Need to be able to work to time driven KPI's Logical approach Able to pick up phone and use initiative For more information regarding this Air Export Coordinator role based in Hounslow, apply with an up to date CV today.
