Job Description
Amazon is looking for highly motivated and skilled Program Manager, Network Operations for the Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) EU Export Operations team. The AGL EU Export Operations team is responsible for Logistics Service Provider (LSP) Management, Network Design & Operations. In this role the candidate will own the AGL Network Configuration component for UKEU flows ensuring that AGL exports meet goals of Speed, Service, Quality, and Cost through Network performance stability. This individual must have strong relationship building skills and high levels of earned trust. The ideal candidate will be skilled at developing reporting metrics and acting on those metrics to drive operational improvement. The candidate must excel at breaking down complex principle into clear direction, as well as drive action through personal engagement with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage AGL UKEU Network Configuration for multiple LSPs. Work closely with the internal stakeholders to troubleshoot defects and optimize processes. Identify at-risk operations and develop/execute contingency plans to minimize service failures Support Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's) with internal Leadership and external LSPs. Support AGL Operations Peak Readiness Plans, owning the network component, and provide on-site support in critical facilities as needed Strong data / reporting ability to ensure that partner programs and existing projects are performance measured.
