About the role At Scope, inclusion and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. This role will engage with and co-create opportunities with key partners to help us achieve our vision of everyday equality with and for disabled people. One of the most future facing roles in the Partnerships Team, it requires an ability to optimise existing innovative partnership activity from trusts and foundations, major gifts and Government sources, whilst creating an environment for new and future trends to take root and flourish. The role will work both nationally and locally to co-create opportunities with existing and new partners. It will have a unique opportunity to create innovative assets that amplify the impact we can have at Scope. The role requires an awareness of future trends and an ability to spot, trail and grow new and innovative partnerships around social investment, social enterprise and other dynamic social finance models that could deliver future impact for Scope. About you You will thrive in a highly externally facing, customer-led role, developing exceptional relationships across a broad range of partnerships. Taking the lead on mission critical partnerships that will deliver opportunities, including direct funding, in-kind support and opportunities to achieve reach, impact and sustainability, as well as developing new, entrepreneurial social funding models pursuit of our end goal. You will be skilled in managing a portfolio of donors through a variety of personalised and creative approaches and have the confidence to build and maintain these strong and effective relationships.Your superb written and oral communication skills are second to none and you have a talent in connecting with people at all levels.  To apply We are committed to equal opportunities.
