Description A great opportunity has arisen for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join an expanding team, with responsibility for the alignment of job profiles and organisational structures across the organisation as well as providing support on the delivery of key reward and performance initiatives. Role Purpose Responsible for designing and maintaining the systems and processes for the job creation, job evaluation, organisational structure design and organisational change rules maintaining the job matrix of the organisation as the internal equity is reached. The role will also be involved in the development and implementation of reward and performance initiatives, practices and programmes/projects. Key Responsibilities Key duties of this role will be to design and maintain the methodology for the job creation and evaluation, the organisations job matrix and job evaluation methodology. This includes designing and maintaining the rules for the organisational structure creation and spans of control in different business units. Experience of workforce visualisation and analysis, scenario modelling and comparative analysis, activity-based costing and management, organisation design and future talent planning, e.g. succession planning using OrgVue. Support on remuneration regulatory matters as well as the cyclical review of the remuneration policy and pay benchmarking. You will also support on year end pay review activity. In addition the role will have responsibility for package calculations including buyouts/guarantees and will work in partnership with colleagues from HR, to deliver appropriate solutions to the business. To be successful in this role you will have strong experience of compensation and executive compensation issues and related legislation and practice along with excellent relationship management skills. Provision of specialist reward knowledge and expertise to enable effective decision making that supports the employer value proposition and people plan across Azets and Blick Rothenberg. Ability to lead the Annual Pay Review and Incentive cycle Ownership of the reward communications relationship with Operations teams; improving line manager and HRBP understanding and application of reward decision making and processes.
