Pro-Legal is working with one of our closest clients who are looking for an Employee Incentives and Benefits Lawyer to join their close-knit and dynamic team. This team is led by a very personable partner who is genuinely interested in providing mentoring and career development. You will work very closely with the corporate and employment team to deliver cutting edge incentive agreements for clients ranging from private companies, technology and media start-ups to US-listed companies. As an Employee Incentives and Benefits Lawyer you will encompass drafting share-based incentive arrangements and servicing on-going queries for an array of large profile existing clients. You will arrange cross-border share plan roll-outs and be involved in the process from start to finish. We are looking for a personable individual with a strong background as an Employee Incentives and Benefits Lawyer to join this top international firm. There is a genuine path for progression and the right level of support will be provided for an ambitious individual. There is succession planning in place, this will be the most senior position in the team under the partner.
