Euro Accessories Ltd are the leading UK and Ireland specialist supplier of Precast and Concrete Reinforcement Accessories. We have been servicing the Concrete Construction industry since 1992, Euro Accessories has built a coveted reputation for outstanding service, product quality, product choice and company integrity. Euro Accessories have Branches in Sandbach Cheshire, Basingstoke Hampshire and County Roscommon Ireland. To continue our expansion, we require an External Sales Executive with construction sales experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with new clients, also maintaining relationships with existing clients. They will play a key role in increasing turnover and profits by managing and negotiating with customers, generating leads, and managing sales of new and existing products. Key responsibilities Visit potential customers for new business. Attend construction site meetings to promote products. Visit Architects and Civil Engineers to get products specified. Pro-actively seek new business by targeting a combination of existing customer base and prospective customers. Provide customers with quotations. Ensure all quotations are followed up. Efficiently deal with telephone, email enquiries and orders. Ensure that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach an appropriate conclusion and that the Management are advised of all issues. Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends. Identify new markets and business opportunities. Ensure that the sales team (both internal and external) are kept informed of any developments relating to their accounts. Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers. Undertake any additional tasks as requested by members of the Senior Management team.
