Renewals Negotiator Cardiff Competitive Basic Salary - £18,000 on target earnings - Career Progression William H Brown are part of one of the UK's leading Estate Agents the Connells Group inc Sequence with over 600 High Street Branches. We are looking to recruit a Renewals Negotiator to join our Cardiff Lettings Support office The Job Providing Tenancy Management administration and support to branches, Landlords and Tenants. Liaising with landlords and tenants to renew their tenancy, including negotiating renewal terms and preparing new agreements Working to exceed both individual and group targets Working with the landlords and tenants, selling the benefits of renewing the contract on a fixed term basis About you: Strong organisational skills Excellent letter writing skills Good analytical ability Ability to stay calm under pressure Customer Service skills Good communication skills Excellent negotiation and influencing skills Excellent organisational skills Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships Ability to share information widely, listen and welcome constructive challenges Ability to work to targets and achieve results What's in it for you?
