Overview
Telemarketing Executive (Temporary) This role is an exciting new position for a motivated Telemarketing Executive to undertake a variety of campaigns centered around a number of Ci’s Product and Services Offerings. Duties will involve: Liaising directly with the New Business Development Executives to identify and target new opportunities Supporting the wider Sales team with customer calls to existing clients when required, promoting Ci’s services portfolio, ensuring that onsite meetings are arranged as required. High activity levels to include significant phone time; approximately 150 calls per day with high levels of decision maker contact and lead generation Skills: Professional and positive in interacting with others and is able to establish rapport quickly, treating others with courtesy and respect. Demonstrates a strong work ethic committed to seeing tasks through to completion, whilst taking responsibility for and taking pride in achieving successful results. Qualification: Maths and English GCSEs/A-Levels Experience: Sales experience Knowledge or previous experience in business continuity Be able to take direction Have a hunger for meeting all call and appointment targets Competent in CRM, Excel and PowerPoint. Proven experience within IT services Be organized and able to work in a methodical and documented manner Information: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm £9 per hour plus commission details TBC Free car park on site
