Telemarketing Executive (B2B) The Role: As a Telemarketing Executive the role will be to work with a pre-qualified database of clients that are a mixture of lapsed customers and new prospects, to get involved in all aspects of the sales process including building and maintaining your own business pipeline. Responsibilities: Researching and calling prospects and lapsed customers to gather information and identify / qualify opportunities Calls are focussed on quality rather than quantity due to the value of contracts Building relationships with key decision makers Generate appointments nationally for the Field Sales team based on territory Work to agreed KPI’s and targets Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis Working office hours (Mon - Fri) The Company: Our client is a well established market leader in the world of materials handling (B2B).
