Sales Support Executive - £20,000 per year quarterly bonus £22k OTE 1 years office experience required. If so then read on Our client a fantastic Financial Technology company in Farnham are currently looking for to recruit a Sales Support Executive on a permanent basis. The role of the Sales Support Executive is to contact customers who have expressed their wish to cancel their contracts and to retain their business. The main purpose of the role is stopping cancellations and upselling other products within the business. To be successful in this role the Sales Support Executive must have exceptional listening skills, a clear and confident telephone manner, be proactive, use your initiative and be able to work within a team. Working as a Sales Support Executive your main responsibilities will include: Make contact with customers who wish to cancel their subscriptions by selling in the benefits of our services Identify cross-selling opportunities, ensuring the maximum amount of customers are using our services Make contact with customers who have missed necessary information off applications or payment details Advise customers of additional products and services that may benefit them Support the business' retention ambitions by nurturing relations with customers via various communication channels Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals Assist other sales departments to maximise business opportunities Take responsible for contacting our clients to collect relevant information for the VAT process Manage the process of Deregistering our client’s from VAT General Administration and managing the in-house ticketing process In return our client offers an attractive basic salary of £20,000 per annum. There is a quarterly bonus structure for achieving targets.
