Overview

Due to continuous company growth, we are looking to expand our sales department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of service to new and existing clients and account manage a portfolio of businesses. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain effective client relationships with regular updates to clients, overcoming possible objections. Arrange and attend site visits to improve Sales conversions Work with the External Sales team to on-board clients into the group, ensuring a seamless and smooth transition Identify cross selling opportunities for IN-SYNC products Undertake compliance audits for our clients Deal appropriately with all incoming client queries received by telephone & email, providing quick resolution or response Provide reports to the Head of Client Relations on IN-SYNC’s delivery to its Introducer's and clients Complete all necessary administration tasks daily, helping to ensure clients receive a quick and reliable service and other departments can achieve targets Work closely with IN-SYNC’s Telesales team to ensure we maximise all opportunities with each client/company. Meet KPI’s set to help us achieve targets set out in the Business Plan Maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies and guidance notes, ensuring these are adhered to and effectively communicated appropriately Experience: Sales/ Account Management experiernce Drive and passion for sales Full Driving licence Salary: £22,000 basic salary car allowence uncapped commission benefits
