Inbound Customer Service and Sales Executive - £23K £2k bonus - Immediate interview and start dates Due to expansion our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Service and Sales Executive to join their team This superb financial company has just launched a new subscription service to it's customers. The Senior Customer Service and Sales Executive will be the central point of contact for all subscription enquiries. The role will provide both new and existing customers with excellent and seamless customer service, upselling and retaining customers using soft sales skills and enhanced product knowledge. Whilst primarily focused on the Subscriptions product, the role is also part of the wider Customer Service team and so will additionally be responsible for responding to and resolving general customer queries across the business range. The ideal candidate will have a previous background in Customer Service and sales. Perhaps you have worked in a busy sales role and would now like a role that is more customer focused. In return our client is offering the below package for this Customer Service and Sales Executive role: Basic salary up to £23,000 per year £2k bonus Holiday is 22 days rising to 25 days (1 day every year of service).
