Gyana is looking for some Saas Performance Marketing super stars. The Opportunity We are looking for a ' Performance Marketing Officer 'who is passionate todrive the marketing department's commercial performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement. You will work closely with all marketing teams in target-setting as well as post-campaign evaluations. The Role You will have end-to -end responsibility of the company's demand generation funnel spanning all performance marketing operations across multiple channels, including production of engaging content, hands-on campaign optimization, analytics and reporting, as well as social media channel management. Thisis a collaborative role and, as such, he collaborates with the engineering, IT, search marketing, and operations departments in an effort to optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages, based on the real-time performance and the ROI. In this collaboration, you willbuild in-house marketing automation for the purpose of enhancing the marketing department's efforts. You will also ensure that leads are converted into consumers through well-crafted campaigns and close partnership with the sales department. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting back on the effectiveness of programs and campaigns, conversion rates, and online sales. At this capacity, you willalso work closely with the Public Relations department in an effort to gain a clear consumer perception and better understand their needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Team player:Working together and collaborating with marketing team * Developing and executing multi-channel performance marketing strategy * Plan, define and execute demand generation funnel for SaaS platform * Manage daily operations of paid display and programmatic campaigns, organic and paid social media. * Provide hands-on optimization of ad campaigns across all marketing channels towards the company's performance KPI, with an emphasis on LTV, retention and repeat buy metrics * Produce engaging and creative content * Analyse campaign performance data and constantly optimize to generate growth and ensure client satisfaction and renewal * Working together with marketing team to managesocial media presence and increase engagement across all platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn * Consolidate and build internal and external reports for clients analysing KPI achievements and assess the success of campaigns REQUIREMENTS: Mandatory : * At least 2 years' experience in campaign management / ad ops role utilizing ad tech platforms and web analytics tools, including Facebook advertising, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google Analytics and other tools in this category. * An analytical mindset and methodical approach - an ability make recommendations based on statistics. * Acute attention to accuracy and detail * Excellent organizational skills, often working to tight deadlines * Strong tech and computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and CRM systems. Advantage : * Knowledge of marketing tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Mailchimp or similar - a plus. * Creativity and an eye for design. * Native-level English, both spoken and written (essential). Additional languages - a plus! * Willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Employment Type: FULL_TIME
