Mail Upto 50 K plus bonus London I am recruiting for a very exciting senior fitness job based in London. This is a great opportunity for a commercially focussed operator who wants to join the head office team of this very successful operator. As a head of club performance, you will have overall responsibility of commercial performance of the entire club estate. This fitness job is very strategic and you will be responsible for: Sales and marketing, learning and development, product training (through a direct report) and customer service standards. You will also be managing another member of staff and in 12-18 months, you will be expected to grow this team. My client is a leading player in the health and fitness space. They have got some exciting growth plans for 2021-2022 and this role will definitely grow with the business.
