We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion. We conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large scale enterprise wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional areas such as Information Technology, Operations, Human Capital, Finance, and other back office functions. Our team helps our clients undergoing post deal integration turn complex data into actionable business intelligence. As part of the team, you'll help with data analytics, modelling, benchmarking, and visualisation. PwC is offering you the opportunity for further professional development by joining our colleagues as: Manager within our Mergers & Acquisitions department. Your responsibilities: As a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. The Manager role is a leadership role at project level. As such, you will be expected to take on a leading role on engagements and management of project team members within 6-12 months and contribute to business development efforts where possible alongside your project responsibilities. Our requirements: Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients; Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges; Assist in the management and delivering of large projects; Train, coach, and supervise junior staff; Oversee the financial management of client projects Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and win opportunities to work with new/existing clients; Contribute to the development of your own and the team's technical skills; Develop a strong internal network within PwC; Keep up to date with industry news and developments. Experience in the financial field (especially in one of the following areas: banks, private equity, advisory - valuation, transactions, etc); Previous exposure to transactions (mergers & acquisitions and/ or transactions support) is a strong plus; Previous experience in managing people and/or complex projects which require intensive interactions, self-coordination and leading teams is a plus.
