Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Deals Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary Our Forensic & Integrity Team delivers financial, economic and business advice to clients involved in disputes or requiring investigations. If hired you will work with a variety of highly experienced professionals in an international team covering multiple countries. You have the opportunity to be part of the leading fraud investigation and dispute services team and combine your analytical, problem solving and investigative skills to guide C-level clients through sensitive issues. You will have the opportunity to help our clients understand where they might have vulnerabilities and develop solutions to manage the risks involved while further accumulating in-depth industry experience. Your support will be essential in major transactions, operational changes and strategic decisions helping with a wide range of issues and in providing ideas that enhance business performance and increase compliant behavior of employees and corporations. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing key components of a portfolio and delivering quality solutions to clients through both detective and preventive projects; * Participating in business development initiatives to identify and develop appropriate opportunities for the firm; * Development, review and improvement of fraud controls and compliance management programs for clients, prevention and identification of risks through investigative due diligence; * Monitoring progress, managing risks and keeping all stakeholders updated about progress and expected outcomes; * Maintaining strong client relationship; * Developing your team through constant coaching and feedback. What you must bring to be considered: * Integrity; * Ability and willingness to learn; * Drive to deliver quality and meaningful work to support clients; * Inquisitive mindset; * College or University Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Law/ Economics / Business Administration/ Technology or related field; * Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills; * Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines; * Mastery in English. Nice to have: * CFE, CAMS, CISA or similar certification; * Experience in managing compliance and investigative projects efficiently: plan and perform work in accordance with client requirements and professional standards; * Multiple years of experience in a similar role at a Big 4 or a boutique specializing in forensics; * Fluency in one or more of these languages: Russian, Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian, German, French; * Good business acumen, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail.
