General information Reference 000066 Publication end date 29/05/2020 Close Date 29/05/2020 Vacancy details Job Profile Apprenticeship - Coaches & Assessors Title Performance Support Coach (Accountancy & Tax) Contract Type Permanent Job Purpose Working as part of a dedicated team, you will provide coaching and support to our apprentices via a range of contact methods in order to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviour required for them to progress through their apprenticeship. You will liaise closely with their employers throughout this journey to ensure they remain fully informed as to their learners progress via the provision of ongoing data. Your professional qualification and industry experience is only the start or what you will bring to this role. Passionate about delivering the best student experience possible, you will draw upon your knowledge and experience in order to provide tailored support and training to your learners, ensuring they are fully prepared and confident to successfully complete their apprenticeship. You will monitor your learners' performance and motivate them to complete their assessments via ongoing constructive and relevant feedback. Department Accountancy & Tax - Performance Support Vacancy location Location UK, London, London Liverpool Street Candidate criteria Candidate Criteria With a professional accounting qualification at academic level 3/4 or level 7 you will understand how the skills and experience you have acquired in industry may be applied to enhancing the student experience. Whilst some coaching experience or experience of working with apprentice students would be desirable, most important is a genuine motivation to contribute to our students' success. A strong networker and effective communicator, you will be adept at adapting your style in order to build rapport and maintain empathy with a range of key stakeholders. Finally, your ability to work efficiently and manage your time and workload effectively - together with a commitment to continuously improving your professional and technical skills and knowledge - will make you the ideal candidate for this role.
