We see big opportunities for our business to grow during the current period of uncertainty, so we are looking to expand our sales team with a particular focus on the Retail, Logistics and Office-based sectors. The role: * Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will develop the business strategy for both new client acquisition and existing client growth * Manage a sales team of new business consultants and account managers * Own your own book of business, bringing in net new business, growing existing clients and reaching your annual targets * Contribute to future product design by providing valuable customer feedback and insight * Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop the right value propositions and product features to expand into your target market Candidate profile: * 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth B2B Enterprise Sales environment * Strong and proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets * Experience of selling into HR, Operations and Procurement departments at a senior level * Prior team management and coaching experience a strong plus * Good knowledge of the Retail/Logistics/Office industries and a strong networ * Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence * Ability to handle objections and experience of leading negotiations * Resilient, driven, adaptable and able to be a role model for the rest of the sales team * Either a Bachelors Degree or relevant experience What's in it for you? * Change the way the world works by digitally disrupting the traditional staffing industry * Define the strategy, and build a book of business from the ground up * Continuous internal growth opportunities at a fast-moving start up * Free lunch on Fridays * Competitive salar * Great team By sending us your application you acknowledge and agree to Coople using your personal data for recruitment purposes.
