Summary: Facebook seeks a highly motivated and experienced team player to serve as Sales Counsel on Facebook's Product and Privacy team. The position will focus on providing strategic and tactical legal counseling to senior management, and day to day support to Facebook's EMEA Sales teams and regulatory and privacy teams in relation to existing and new ad products. This is a great opportunity to join a growing legal team and to work on novel issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment. This position is based in London. Required Skills: 1. Be the main point of contact for EMEA sales teams and regulatory and privacy teams on all matters involving Facebook's business and advertising products 2. Provide Sales with ongoing support for ads products - including developing scalable trainings, guidance notes and other resources 3. Analyse products, policies and initiatives to provide practical legal risk mitigation strategies for products across multiple jurisdictions 4. Provide policy, product, engineering, and other business teams with legal advice related to ads products and policies 5. Coordinate with public policy and communications colleagues on external communications, policy development, and enforcement decisions Minimum Qualifications: 6. 4+ years PQE from a law firm or prior in-house experience (including applicable litigation, commercial, regulatory or product counseling experience) 7. Knowledge of legal frameworks that apply to data-driven advertising 8. Experience of advising on legal and regulatory issues (including privacy) that apply to online advertising, mobile, social networking, or other technologies 9. Experience working with mobile, application development, social networking, machine learning, or other internet technologies 10. Experience working on multiple projects at once 11. Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams to get the job done Industry: Internet
