Description A unique opportunity has arisen for a UX Designer to play a lead role in building a new C2B2B online used car marketplace (VavaCars) that leverages our extensive network of petrol stations and worldwide respected brand of our parent company, Vitol. As a technology first start-up we 'Dive Deep' across all our customer and business KPIs. We believe in detail and thus, use our data to optimize our processes, drive action and deliver results. Role Mission Enthusiastic and energised about Product Design and User Experience, you will identify and create opportunities or new capabilities that deliver growth, drive decisions, and help optimise the Customer Experience. Working closely with the Business teams in Turkey and Pakistan, and located within the central Product team, this is a key role in building, managing and optimising our Product platforms. As part of a highly ambitious start-up team your role will be hands-on with real responsibility and impact from day one. Key Areas of Responsibility * Develop our user research capability to design and build better experiences that are useful and meaningful to our customers * Design world class, mobile first, multi-lingual, customer first solutions * Develop mock-ups for our development and design team * Work alongside Product Leads to help shape initial project requirements * Able to work with and deliver personas, user journeys, page flows, wireframes, page comps, interactive prototypes * Proven experience designing intuitive graphical interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile devices * Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company * Analyze customer responses and website data to inform design solutions * Supporting the Product Team and assisting country business teams with local Product requirements and delivery * Playback and rationalise design solutions to immediate team and wider business stakeholders at multiple levels * Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies * You must be eligible to work in the UK Requirements * 5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design. * Proficient with visual design programs like InDesign, Illustrator, Sketch, and HTML, CSS, JavaScript and accessibility. * Ability to rapidly understand user/business requirements and turn them into low fidelity wireframes/prototypes * Strong Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product design, you have empathy for customer needs, but can also consider technical constraints and business goals * A track record of professional achievement and leadership among the best of your class. * Proven ability to take initiative, own and complete projects, deliver results in a fast-paced work environment. * Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies and track/measure results. * Complete fluency in English, excellent writing skills. * Strong interpersonal skills with an effective ability to multi-task to ensure deadlines are met. * Self managed, responsible, and organized. * Highly capable of meeting strict deadlines in a high-pressure, ever-changing environment * Have the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
