In Doji, we are building the next generation marketplace and setting new standards for e-commerce buyers and sellers worldwide. We have a challenge for those who: * Live and breath entrepreneurship and are constantly pushing the boundaries to innovate and inspire others * Are high performers and deliver impact in everything, everyday * Are motivated by the mission of wowing and setting new standards for customers * Love teamplay and strive to build and develop great teams * Believes that success should be pursued responsibly Imagine yourself innovating in dynamic and challenging projects, being responsible for: * Work alongside UI designers, UX researchers and Marketing to craft, refine, implement, and communicate design vision and strategy across the organization * Produce along the whole gamut of UX: user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, pixel perfect comps etc. * Implement, improve and evangelize a scalable UX design process for Agile teams * Partner with product management & users to design the right product from the get go * Be a mentor & coach to other UX team members * Passionately advocate on behalf of our users * Translate research into hypothesis and experiments * Invest in design standards, documentation, and processes alongside your team members to improve our design practices In Doji, we work hard to promote a culture of inclusiveness and diversity that seeks equality and values from different perspectives.
