About us SPIXII designs, builds and services automated insurance virtual agents (aka bots) redesigning the way people interact with insurance from buying to claiming. Built on principles of neuro-economics and the integration of user data with contextual data from multiple sources, SPIXII technologies can iterate fast making meaningful impacts to our clients and their customers. As a people person who can relay SPIXII's message concisely and effectively, with a minimum of two-year's experience in a sales environment, you will be expected contribute to and implement the company's sales strategy and succeed at client acquisition. Teamwork is key. You will work closely with the tech developers, marketing and business development managers to convert soft leads into signed-up clients. Relationships are key and SPIXII has a robust network that you will have access to. You will also need to explore and broaden your own network to find leads. Additionally, Spixii is invited to numerous networking and speaking events, which you will be required to attend. Hard skills - Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills both written and verbal (including presentation skills) - Proven sales record (leads converted to clients and revenue generated) - Knowledge of insurance industry - Working knowledge HubSpot for Sales (preferred) - Additional European language is a plus e.g. French, German, Spanish, Italian - Degree in business (or related professional qualification e.g. legal, accounting) - Diploma or certification from CII is a plus - Prior to interview, please arrive with three potential leads in the insurance industry (these can be early stage).
