Patch is looking for a Finance Manager to join our business support team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of Patchs financial information whilst building & maintaining relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. What will the job involve? * Maintaining the general ledger for the UK & NL entities, working closely with external NL accountants. * Management and optimisation of the Month end close. Including Balance Sheet reconciliations and group consolidation. * Swift preparation and filing of annual statutory financial statements. * Ownership of all VAT and Tax accounting for all entities/branches with support from external advisors when needed. Including the coordination of the annual R&D claim. * Continuous process improvement and system implementation to support the business as it grows * Working Capital & Cash Flow optimisation * Working with cross functional non-finance team members * Support the ongoing training and development of our Finance Assistant. Requirements What experience, skills and traits do I need? * Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) with 2+ Years PQE * Strong Technical Skills * Proven operational accounting and financial management experience from previous roles. Ideally from a high growth, fast paced, e-commerce environment * A highly motivated problem solver with excellent attention to detail * Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines * Advanced Excel skills * Xero experience a plus Nice to have: * Understanding of Intercompany Accounting/Transfer Pricing * System implementation experience Benefits Whats in it for me?
