ALPIMA is a London based financial intelligence company helping investors and fund managers to visualise and analyse assets and funds. Founded in 2014 and having since grown steadily into a team of 20+ experts from the different markets, and expanded client base in the UK and USA, ALPIMA uses data science and cloud technology to help clients industrialise and improve their business, from product design to sales and marketing. To achieve the next growth targets, we are now hiring for a Finance Manager to join the team and work closely with the COO and the rest of the senior leadership team. What you'll be doing? As the first Finance Manager in the team, you will own the company's Finance function - from producing reports to building analysis of new investments and corporate projects. Please NOTE: This is a 4-day week role initially, with the possibility of becoming full-time later. Specifically your responsibilities will include: * Producing financial reports related to budgets and forecasts, fund raising, cash flow, account payables and receivables, and contribute to the regular monthly reporting in collaboration with the COO and group management * Support and assist in presentations of the businesses progress, including all activities and results * Ad-hoc work revolving around analysis of new investments and corporate projects * Data room management * Liaising with external agents, auditors and tax agents * Be able to manage existing and develop new relationships with businesses, via clear communication Requirements What we're looking for: * 3+ years of experience in a Finance Management role at a SaaS or Fintech company * Strong experience in the development of an effective operating model and fundraising materials * Deep understanding of financial services including asset management/ wealth management experience * An interest to become part of a team and fully get behind the product and values of ALPIMA * Passion for playing a pivotal role in solving problems and building efficient internal processes for a growing company * Accounting qualification * Interest in working part-time (4 days / week) Benefits * A competitive compensation package and progression opportunities * Modern co-working office in Central London * Flexible and working from home when needed (currently the team is working fully remotely) * Have lots of autonomy and decision making power (we don't believe in micro-management) * Work closely with market leaders
