We can offer our Lead Java Developer * An entirely greenfield build of a low latency, concurrent Trading Platform to lead * The opportunity to shape and choose the technologies taken on by the company as one of their Java Development Managers * Work for an FX FinTech on course to be the most widely used trading platform globally We are actively seeking a Lead Java Developer to join our FinTech who operate an FX trading platform over which trillions of dollars are traded every day. They were created as a Start-Up to capitalise entirely on the FX market by implementing innovative technology into what was an out-dated landscape. In just 3 years they have grown to a team of more than 50, with a huge share of the FX market and have created a trading technology far more sophisticated than any other on the market. They are seeking a Lead Java Developer to drive an arm of their technology team. They are about to do a huge greenfield build of their unique trading platform. This will be done without losing any trading functionality in the meantime and will utilise the most modern Java, DevOps and methodologies. Everybody involved with them still codes, including their CTO; you and your team will be no different. The low latency Trading Platform will be built in multi threaded Java where performance is key. It will be on a globally distributed system and microservice architecture. This will be deployed to a private cloud using Docker and Kubernetes. Each system at is built in-house and bespoke from their messaging system through to their private cloud platform. You and your team will therefore be creating an entirely unique technology that is more advanced than any other out there on the Trading Market.
