Nurse or Physiotherapist - Respiratory Practitioner Brent Community Respiratory Services Band 6 Full Time, Monday - Friday Are you interested in specialising in Respiratory care? Do you want to be part of an evolving dynamic team? Maybe you currently work in the acute sector or community but have a keen interest in respiratory and want to take it further. This post is open to a Nurse or Physiotherapist with the right approach and a flexible, 'can do' attitude. You will make up a team of multi-disciplinary practitioners, clinically led by a Respiratory Physiotherapist with input from secondary care Respiratory Physicians and healthcare professionals. You will be based at various sites across the Trust, and work across boundaries in the Brent community. Your role will include Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Home Oxygen Assessment and Review Service, and Supported Hospital Discharge, as well as working as part of the MDT. We will provide you with clear leadership and support, to enable you to become a highly confident autonomous specialist in respiratory care, working for the main goal, of improving care for chronic respiratory patients in Brent.
